OpsHub Integration Manager (OIM)- Free edition enables bi-directional synchronization of problems and change requests of ServiceNow with JIRA. It can be extended to other 50+ third-party systems like Rally Software, Azure DevOps Server, Azure DevOps Services, Micro Focus ALM, VersionOne, Jenkins, etc in Commercial Editions of OIM. Some of the common use cases are around synchronizing problems to third-party ALM tool as defects so that development team can know about issues in real time and take suitable actions.
