ZigiOps, based on the Data Virtualization technology, can execute complex workflows and exchange information between multiple sources and targets. ZigiOps offers bi-directional integration between JIRA and ServiceNow with countless possibilities for customization. It allows to continuously transfer and synchronize a large variety of entities between the two systems, with freedom to choose which system is the source and which one is the target. You can select Jira entities like Task, Bug, Story, Epic and ServiceNow Incident, Change request, Problem, Request, etc. and decide what types of combinations to transfer between the two systems. The integration platform enables you to layout the synchronization, how the information is mapped or transformed. The transfer of attachments and comments/work notes between both systems is also supported.
